Description: there are obvious signs of wear and tear such as wear to the cover's edges & corners, some creases to the front and rear cover as well as along the spine. there are some creased and folded corners to some front bottom right pages. a small tear along the spine at the rear cover. a penned name and personalized return label on the inside front cover. pages are otherwise clean and unmarked for the most part, with no other dog ears. the binding does break around pages 200 & 325 - 1 page is loose and others will soon become loose if handled roughly. there are a few other potential weak spots in the binding as well, however nothing has broken or come loose yet. no pages are missing. please see photos I love to rescue vintage items, especially books, and help them find their forever homes.
