I see some type of ripping in the sheer sleeves. There's signs of wear and appears that someone tried to repair the glitter. It's slightly a different color. This dress needs to be cleaned and pressed out. Maybe additional re-glittering? The size tag is missing so please see the measurements in pictures. From the sizing chart it looks like it "could" be a Large or X-Large from the measurements.
