The dress is made from a multi colored christmas lites on a cream background cotton print. The bodice and short sleeves are made from the print. The front bodice inset and the collar are made from a blue cotton. I have sewn a cream satin bow with 2 blue Christmas lites at the neckline. There are 4 tiny cream buttons sewn down the center of the bodice. The short sleeves have elastic. The full skirt is made from the print and has a white tulle petticoat sewn in. The petticoat has a cream gathered lace at the bottom with a cream satin bow and a blue Christmas lite and tiny cream button sewn on. The dress closes in the back with cream buttons sewn over square snaps. To complete the outfit I have made a pair of cream rhumba panties with 2 rows of the cream gathered lace with 2 cream satin bows and the blue lites and tiny cream buttons.
