Description: Absolutely beautiful copy of the 1964 first pressing of Dave Brubeck’s Jazz Impressions of Japan LP on Columbia stereo CS-9012. Original 2-Eye labels. One of their great recordings, with Paul Desmond at his unbelievable peak. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. There are maybe one or two tiny scuffs but they don’t affect the play at all. The cover has a strip of black tape at the top left corner, folding over to the top right on the back. Not a repair at all, just for identification, I believe. There is a seam split at the top about halfway across, but otherwise it is quite beautiful, with only light shelfwear. This is a top original copy, and it sounds incredible.
