Description: SAGE LL 380 Nippon model.Custom built by shop with SAGE blanks.Nippon means Japan.This is a great rod with a moderate action and a sensitive presentation.Made of Graphite III.The grip is thicker than the original, making it easier to use for those with larger hands. The guides are made of gold finish. The grips do not show much signs of use. There are some bumpy areas on the coating around the rod name area on the blank. There are some small surface scratches on the blank as shown in the last two pictures. There are no deep scratches,Since there is no rod tube , it is sent in a PVC tube. It comes with a rod sock made in Japan. I have been fly fishing as a hobby for over 30 years. I have detailed my own inventory of gear that I and my fishing fellows no longer use and list it for sale. I am not a Japanese reseller with no inventory. Will ship from Japan by DHL.
