I don’t have a history with this but got it and haven’t put any time into it…the fuel lines are missing and I hear a metal rattle in the muffler. It does seem to have compression when I pull the cord so I know it is developing compression and is not seized or spinning free. That’s all I can tell you about it. Offered as is parts repair no returns or adjustments. My items are discreetly marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
