Description: Original Civil War pistol cartridge box with very fine leather and seams. Outer flap shows very fine surface cracking only at the hinge area. No stampings on exterior. Latch tap is complete and held in place with a straight line of stitching. The interior of the box is very clean. Inner pouch portion measures approximately 4 1/2" x 3" x 1". The back has both belt loops in place. Brass final is present on bottom. Very fine condition.
