Measurements are: base is 14" long and the trick or treaters on the base form the bottom of the base to the top of the scarecrow measures 12" tall. The Pumpkin Head Man measures 8" tall by 5" wide as he is a seperate piece.There is a Tin Man, Scarecrow, Ghost, Cat, Paper Bag Man and a cute little Pumpkin Head Man.
