Description: Remnants of a family member's collection who had passed away in 1975. These were stored within plastic sheets within a binder of coins and have been untouched since at least 1975 and likely a few more years above that. Any writing on the holders was done by the previous owner or possibly someone else. I do not have a way to verify the accuracy of anything that is written on the holders. It appears these medals were produced in the 1950s and 1960s. One is known as the Big Penny, another is known as the Big Nickel. The one with the Queen's royal cypher appears to be from the coronation time frame. The silver toned one shows the series of Canada commemorative dollars from 1968.
