Bulgarian sea port harbor scene with many ships and boats. Flag of Bulgaria can be seen on one of the boats as well as the dock. Oil on canvas. Signed lower right and dated 1960. May be port of Pomorie, "Pomorie historically known as Anchialos is a town and seaside resort in southeastern Bulgaria", a popular tourist spot and for international travel. Black Sea Coast Bulgarian port harbor view with pier, could also be a location near or at the mouth of the Danube River. There is a fishing wharf pier in this painting with many people on it so appears to be a famous location. More research is needed on the artist and actual location but it is signed lower right and painted in 1960 (see photos). Original vintage frame included. Frame appears to be a bit later than the painting, possibly framed in the 80's or 90's period with some general wear to edges from storage. Overall ready to hang (see photos).
