Description: Bingo Hoggi Special Needs Stroller. This is the model 2. This stroller is in used condition. It's in good working condition. There's light cosmetic wear such as light scuffs on the frame and normal wear and tear at the back part of the seat fabric. I have included a picture of that flaw. Everything is working on the stroller. This stroller has different features such as adjustable footrest, adjustable seat depth, reversible handle, tilt seat feature, and a detachable seat. The seat back does not recline, that button doesn't work. I have included pictures of the seat dimensions. Due to size I can only ship within the continental United States.
