Description: Bernina Original Latch For Hard Red 830 Record Case - Latch And Retaining Plate Only - No Case These are used latches for the red, hard, protective cases that came with Bernina 830 Record sewing machines. The latches are in good, used condition with some minor marks from use (see photos). Inside retaining plates do have some marks from being removed with a grinder but can be installed good side down. Rivets will be required for installation (not included). For installation, the original rivets on the case will either need to be ground or drilled for removal. Next, the new latch will need to be installed using three rivets which are not included. Please examine photos and match to your existing part.
