Description: Banyan Batiks~Shattered Garden~Garden Gate~51" x 61" Lap Quilt Kit (includes fabric for top of quilt & binding) This quilt kit contains a copy of the purchased "Garden Gate" pattern/instructions designed by Patti Carey along with enough fabric to complete the lap sized quilt top as pictured including the binding. Backing fabric, fusible web and batting will need to be purchased separately. Fabric Utopia carries fabrics that can be purchased for your backing. Pictures 3 through 10 show larger pictures of some of the fabrics included in this kit. Not all fabrics are shown due to limited space! The overall size of this quilt as pictured is 51" x 61". SKILL LEVEL: Confident Beginner Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Banyan Batiks Shattered Garden collection. One batik fabric used in the leaf appliques has been substituted with a similar batik fabric from the same collection. All other batik fabrics are as pictured or listed on the pattern. 2-7/8 yards of a coordinating fabric is needed for the backing, 1-1/8 yards of Wonder-Under paper-backed fusible web and a 57" x 67" piece of batting.
