Description: I have for sale a souvenir medal for the 1895 26th Triennial Conclave of the Grand Encampment of the Knights Templar of the United States that was held in Boston, Massachusetts 08/27 - 30, 1895. The pin back medal was made for the Athol, Massachusetts Knights Templar Commandery No. 37. This medal has two parts, it is made of gilded metal, it is 2 1/2 inches long and the top bar is 1 1/2 inch long and it's in a high grade circulated condition, with two tiny spots. The top pin back reads BOSTON 1895. The bottom metal is in the shape of a shield. At the top of the shield, it has a crown, a skull & cross bones and a triangle. In the center it has the letters KT and around the letters it reads ATHOL COMMANDERY #37. At the very bottom it reads ATHOL MASS. The medal was made by C.G. Braxmar, 10 Maiden Lane, New York.
