Description: You are looking at a Koch’s barber chair foot rest with attachment arm. The plate I believe is brass. A magnet does not stick to it. It has 5 screw holes through it . I assume there was a padded piece at one time that was attached. The arm has a broken piece where it attaches to the chair. The foot rest moves back and forth as it should. I am having a hard time measuring the length of the arm. I hope the measuring tape in the pictures helps. B/RFB81
