Description: Here's a harder to get milk bottle from Middletown and this is the only embossed cream/modern top style milk bottle that I know of from there. Quart sized bottle. No cracks, but does have one chip on the base/heel area that's shown in the last photo. If you want to pick up, you'll need to click on that option so that you don't have to pay the shipping cost.
