Description: Antique Silver Plate TEA AND COFFEE set, from the turn of the 20th century, most pieces likely made in the U.S., one being stamped by the Middletown Plate Company, based out of Connecticut before being absorbed by the ISC, others are not stamped, but match in style. This service was used on a regular basis by my grandmother who was an avid afternoon tea drinker, and hosted many tea parties in her lifetime. It was also very common to offer tea OR coffee following meals, which is why there are two servers.
