In most instances, dye can be added up to 5% by weight, although you should always use the smallest amount to achieve the desired color. Used in small quantities, they do not affect the transparency of the piece. If used in higher percentages, they can add opacity to the cast piece. Translucent colors available at Woodcraft include: Green, Yellow, Red, Blue, Orange, Violet, and Ocean Blue.
