Most are in plastic packaging. Some in organza bags and some loose, such as snap bracelets. This was my personal stock and some plastic pieces or tags may have my inventory numbers on them. Many, many, many tags have written original barcode numbers on the backside. This is ideal for the paparazzi app and not having to go find barcodes on your own. I have spent so many several hours looking up barcodes! This is a great deal for new consultants starting out in the business to get your stock up quick.
