Description: Portable -8000VDC multi-purpose regulated power supply. Based on the EMCO / XP Power C80N high voltage DC converter module, this assembly has all the support electronics for a fully functional power supply. Also available as just a module. See my other listing. The output voltage is programmable using an onboard reference and potentiometer or can be remotely adjusted with an off-board potentiometer. Move one jumper block (JP1) to make the selection, ‘L’ = Local control, ‘R’ = Remote control. Simply add an external 10k potentiometer for remote output adjustment. Applications include, but are not limited to, Photo Multiplier Tubes, Solid State Detectors, Electrophoresis, Piezo Devices, Capacitor Charging, Electrostatic Loud Speakers (ESL), and EO Lenses applications.
