Shown as #5 in the assembled duct & vent photo, this is the part that mounts above the a/c control in the dash. ONLY THE #5 IS INCLUDED. It has some flaws typical to these vents; mainly some minor warping along the top edge and a partially broken right-hand mounting tab that will not prevent proper installation. SEE RED ARROWS IN PHOTOS. NEW LOUVERS have been installed. The flapper lever & door are in good condition. EXCEPTIONALLY RARE AND NOT IN REPRODUCTION. ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING.
