Non original Jensen C12R speakers. Looks like original 8417 Tubes, I think I saw all American tubes in there! A very serviceable 2 channel bass amp head with Master Volume control. Guild not only built guitars, but they branched out into amplifier design & production probably in order to compete with Fender, Gibson, Harmony, Gretsch, etc in order to fully compete with their competitors in the marketplace. Guild began producing amps in 1952 in NYC, NY, and moved operations to Hoboken, NJ in 1956. After Avnet purchased the company in 1966, they began production of the "Thunder" line of guitar amps. In 1969, Avnet moved the entire Guild Corporation to Westerly, RI. Essentially, most amplifier production ceased in 1969.
