These postcards are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s, and they have LANDSCAPE and RURAL VIEWS. These type of postcards were very popular because they looked like ART PAINTINGS. Some postcards would have water views, sunsets, trees, relaxing nature views, etc. Publishers like Tuck & Sons made these type of postcards popular because of their beautiful colors, and they became souvenirs to cherish for the recipient. The postcards are nicely drawn, have good detail, and are pleasing to look at. One is quite unique and interesting, and it shows a blazing FOREST FIRE. These are good postcards to add to a collection because of their attractive nature. They would appeal to collectors because of their nice designs, how they capture the style used back in the early 1900s, and how they provide a glimpse of life back in that era. They are from different publishers. Overall, a nice selection of antique Greetings postcards at a reasonable price. The postcards are UNPOSTED (1) and POSTED (5) with cancel dates of 1909-1911. Some of these postcards would have been "Printed in Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards (1908-1915 era). The postcards are flat printed. They have DIVIDED backs. These are BETTER POSTCARDS and good for a collector. The postcards will keep their value! They are sleeved and in good condition.
