The buckles can be had on ebay on the cheap since they are a common part used in many applications (ebay keyword search: itw nexus buckles). The previous owner did a self repair on the common tearing of the shoulderstraps with fabric tape. When fielded every day for 6 months straight, the shoulderstraps start tearing & is considered normal wear and tear. The used one is fielded as intended and shows all the signs that the previous owner was not some Tacti-Cool gear collector, but a solider. At this price, I left enough meat on the bone for someone to do a repair and still come out ahead & get a main bag as a bonus. OR for a soldier to use as a "turn in".
