Low ratings affect our income -- it only takes 3 1's or 2's in any category within a 3 month period (regardless of the volume of sales) to lower our standing. Please do not cost us money because of frustration with the continuously increasing rates from the Post Office. Most of our items are not listed with shipping included (unfortunately, there's no such thing as "free" shipping). Please do not rank our stars low because we charge for shipping and some sellers do not. We do not make a profit on the shipping. We want happy, repeat customers who will buy from us again. We always provide a tracking number for your item no matter how it is shipped.
