Description: This is a 100% authentic original "Gang Jailed" newspaper, printed in 2015 by USA Today and handed out during the two 30th Anniversary of Back to the Future events that same year! These are NOT fan reprints. In 2015, USA Today printed two versions of this historic USA Today "Back to the Future part 2" newspaper: the Marty McFly version that reads "Youth Jailed" which was not limited and was widely released internationally, and the extremely limited exclusive "Gang Jailed" newspaper cover that was strictly limited to just 2,000 copies worldwide; 1,000 copies were handed out in Los Angeles to attendees of the 30th Anniversary of Back to the Future events in 2015, and 1,000 copies were handed out in New York to attendees of the 30th Anniversary events that were held there. I'm Joe Walser (the man with the hat in the photo), co-creator of the 30th Anniversary events in Los Angeles in 2015 & Head of the Official Restoration of the actual DeLorean Time Machine used in all three Back to the Future movies for Universal Studios, and this is my auction. These newspapers have been in my possession for the last 9 years, kept in the box that USA Today shipped 1,000 of them to me in for the events. These are the real deal. Note: The newspaper that Christopher Lloyd is holding up with both hands, is a screen-used USA Today newspaper that was created in 1989 for the production of Back to the Future part 2. The image was taken by USA Today to promote the exclusive limited edition version of the newspaper that was re-created by USA Today in 2015 for the 30th Anniversary of Back to the Future events. The exclusive limited edition version was slightly modified from the actual screen-used props used in Back to the Future part 2 to protect the integrity and value of the original props.
