Description: Tested working in the box. Only working issue is his head occasionally gets stuck in the flipped out position, gently press back and it's fine again. No batteries included. Just Billy and his box. Missing screw from battery hatch but it clips in place so it's not necessarily needed. He has some damage to the plaque under his tail, head, and bottom fin.
