Description: 1999 Fender Mexican Standard Stratocaster: This guitar has been upgraded with Fender American Vintage Reissue pickups and a full cloth wiring harness with CTS pots and a USA switch. It sounds significantly better than original. The frets are in very good shape despite the fingerboard wear. The pickguard and back plate a green type. The switch tip has a crack but is on ok. This guitar has typicl Fenderitis cracks in the lacquer in the cutaways and and has various minor nicks and dings throughout the body giving it a Closet Classic relic look. This guitar weighs 8lbs., 5oz. without the bar. It will ship in a generic gig bag as shown. Please view all of the photos to complete the description.
