Description: I want to make an important note about this coin… yes there is a space between the A and the M. I used a microscope to show the error. I haven’t found many like this in this condition. I do also want to note it is possible because this is a double die Repunched coin as you see with Lincoln. The 1996 S Lincoln cents that were minted in San Francisco were with a “Wide Am” it is possible this was re-worked at a different facility. I’m just making an insight but this is unique and I’ve never had another like this. Thanks for taking your time to look at this coin. This 1996 D Lincoln Memorial Cent is a beautiful piece for any coin collector. Made of bronze and struck with a business strike, it has a fineness of 0.94 and is ungraded. This coin has not been certified, but it is in about uncirculated condition. The coin features a variety of interesting aspects, such as the Wide AM and Double Lincoln Face, making it a true cherry picker's dream. The Lincoln Memorial Cent was minted in Denver in 1996 and is a small cent denomination. It is a rare find with the DDO variety and is sure to be a valuable addition to any collection. This coin is a must-have for any United States coin collector and is a great opportunity to own a piece of history.
