Description: This is a 1959 Blenko Turquoise Cobalt Blue Glass Baluster Form Decanter by Wayne Husted Model 5922-S. It measures approximately 15 3/4" high with the stopper by 5" across. Without the stopper, it measures 10 1/4" high and the stopper itself measures 9" length. I did not see any chips, cracks, or repairs to this item. It is in good pre-owned condition (see pictures).
