Description: 1955 Homer Laughlin China "Empire Green" Rim Soup Bowl Pink Flower, Gold Trim, Cavalier Shape Offered: A very pretty 1950s rim soup bowl from Homer Laughlin China in a pattern called "Empire Green." The Eggshell Cavalier shape has a pink flower on the center, with a wide green rim and thick gold trim around the rim (no gold verge). This vintage soup bowl is in very good to excellent condition. The flower design is very intact, and there are no signs of use or wear (no utensil marks or scratches); the gold trim is also very solid. There are no cracks, chips, or crazing. The bowl measures 8-3/8 wide across the rim. The bottom has a green logo for "Homer Laughlin / Made in U.S.A. / E 55 N 2" (I think the last number is a 2, it's a bit blurry).
