Description: Original Vintage 1939 5th catalog of the S.R. Guggenheim collection of Non Objective Paintings. The covers are a stiff paperboard with a cloth spine. The binding is tight and there are no owners names, writing, or bookplates inside. Some soiling and shelf wear to the covers, see photos. Some fraying to the cloth at the top of the spine, see photo, but the spine is not split. There are hundreds of paintings formatted like the pages in the last photo but there are approx. 31 colored, one sided, full page, reproduced paintings like the ones shown.
