This coin comes in the Original GSA Hard Plastic Case certified by NGC with the American Flag strap and Hand-Signed by Edmund C. Moy. The coin itself is considered white. The COA has a little faint brownish stain over "General Services" and the Black Outer Box has a little bit of old sticker residue and one of the corners has been unhinged. I may have a better outer box to replace the pictured if needed.
