Description: Add a touch of vintage elegance to your dinner party with this set of 12 Acier Inoxytable stainless steel Fondue Knives. They could also serve as table knives/butter knives. The knives feature medium brown synthetic handles of a resin-like material, in a simulated wood grain pattern. Although not marked as such, I believe these are of French manufacture and probably date to the 1960s or 1970s. Dimensions: Each knife measures just under 9.25" long Condition: Box has some external wear and does not quite clasp properly. Knives look like they were used very little - if at all, and show virtually zero wear. There is some light greenish oxidation on the handle where it affixes to the blade. Also, some of the handles have small pits where air bubbles during the the casting process resulted in a small void space (see pictures). Thanks for looking!
